Coming soon: a CRM plugin for Obsidian

The CRM that lives
in your Obsidian vault.

Shard extends your Obsidian vault with a lightweight CRM for the deals you're chasing and the people you work with, all kept as plain markdown files. Built for freelancers, consultants, and solo founders who'd rather not run their business from yet another web app.

A CRM made of markdown files

Most CRMs want you to move your whole working life into them. Shard does the opposite. It lives inside Obsidian, next to the notes you already keep, and turns every contact, company, and deal into an ordinary markdown file.

You get a kanban board for your pipeline, a daily view that tells you who needs a reply, and a quiet reminder when someone important has gone quiet. Nothing leaves your computer unless you ask it to, and the core plugin costs nothing.

Pipeline

A drag-and-drop board for your deals. Move a card from "lead" to "won" and the markdown behind it updates itself. You can see what's live and what you've let slip, without opening a spreadsheet.

Contacts & Companies

Every person and company gets a note in your vault: structured fields for the predictable stuff, plain writing space for everything else. Obsidian's links handle the connections, so "everyone at Acme" or "every deal with Sarah" just works.

Local-first, Private

Your data is a folder of files on your own disk. There's no account and nothing tracking you. Walk away from Shard one day and you're left with a tidy set of readable notes, not a database you can't open.
